Dr. Pramod Arya is a visionary entrepreneur and the Founder of Rajdhani Flora AND INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED, a pioneering firm established in 1998.
Born and raised in the small town of Khatauli near Meerut, Dr. Arya’s formative years culminated in a rigorous academic pursuit at Meerut University, where he earned his Ph.D. in Horticulture.
His professional journey, however, extended far beyond the traditional scope of gardening. During field research in North India’s rapidly expanding commercial and residential hubs in the mid-1990s, Dr. Arya identified a critical dissonance: while new developments featured meticulously maintained landscaping, they fundamentally lacked a cohesive layer of protection and robust, integrated infrastructure management.
Recognizing this market gap for a holistic solution, Dr. Arya took the audacious step in 1998 to merge these two disparate services, horticulture and infrastructure management into a single entrepreneurial entity, thereby creating a model for comprehensive facility development.

His rigorous legal background positions him as a trusted legal counsel and advocate, ensuring the company’s operations, contracts, and expansion strategies are robust, compliant, and legally sound. Now managing the firm’s growth, Hemant is instrumental in integrating high-level legal acumen with the firm’s core services in infrastructure development and integrated facility management, driving operational excellence and strategic market expansion.
